well where to start? they made me fill out a USPS form...the package was sent to them, it and it was there on the USPS site, then it took them over a week to update it and say they have it, I sent them everyday they said they will update my inventory but never did, then I asked them to return it to an address and asked them to write specific information on it which they did not do, I asked them to return it as a whole package (3 times) and they sent it as 2 packages, thus charging me more money and most likely me getting my items sent to the wrong place which means I will lose my refund money, and would of paid extra just to have them lose the items, so next time I feel like using bongous.com I am thinking of just throwing my money from top of a bridge because that will atleast satisfy more...I am never using this service again, it's pretty much just a bunch of clueless muppets that wasted my money, wasted my time, and caused me nothing but anger and grief
