I was e-mailed by this company stating that I had earned enough points to qualify for a gift. I chose a silver magnetic bracelet. I received a very cheap gold tone bracelet, instead. I have tried to reach this company via e-mail addresses and phone to no avail. Though I did authorize the amount of $24.00 (a good magnetic bracelet costs approx. $150.00)it was my impression that I would get a very good one and the metal of my choice. Not so........

Sometime later, a man phoned me from the same company with the same "spill" wanting me to order something else, as again my points were so good. I told him about my disappointment and when I told him I was disabled and $24.00 was a lot of money to me, he hung up.

If I cannot receive a magnetic bracelet as described above, then I do want my money back and any other damages that I could get or at least put these jerks out of business!

Thanks for making this web site available.
