Complaint Review: Bonus Club

I ordered tea from these people in January of 2003. I contacted them 4 times in March, thinking this was plenty of time to ship, even given the supposed "holds" at the border due to turmoil in US. All calls/faxes/e-mails unanswered except for one. On March 31st finally got someone "live" on the phone.

He said lots of his shipments were being held at the border even in the quantities of whole trailer-truck loads. He would send me out another shipment and assured me I'd receive and he'd receive first shipment back. Called again twice in June. I've been more than lenient here obviously. Once in July and once in August.

I guess that's the plan. The customer calls fewer and fewer times until the incident is more or less forgotten. Pretty clever, eh? I decided to try again today, October 25th, and when I entered their name in the search field came up with this bad business bureau stuff. Great. So that's my story.
