Complaint Review: Bonzai Knifes

Bonzai Knifes WIll not honor lifetime guarantee for defective knifes; refuses to answer telephone calls and e-mails Wallingford, CT Internet

I purchased a set of Bonzai kitchen knives on 12/6/2011 that included a "lifetime" relacement guarantee that hte knifes will be free of defects in material and workmanship.  Some of the knifes have had rivets fall out and have begin to crack.  On Jnaury 19th, 2015, in accordance with their warranty procedure, I mailed these knifes back to the company for repair or replacement.  When I did not hear back from the company, I called them again and received a message that I have received the customer service department and should try again later.

On February 2nd, 2016, I was able to sepak to a woman named Sarah over the telephone who told me that the number I was calling to speak to someone at BOnzai Knifes was now called "The Bud Shop."  My follow up e-mail and telephone calls to Bonzai Knifes at "websupport1@hotmail.com" and their listed telephone number were ignored.

As of the date of this complaint, March 29th, 2016, Bonzai Knifes continues to advertise their producdt on television and over the Internet @ www.bonzaiknife.com but will not answer telephone or e-mail inquires.
