I downloaded the free Bonzi Buddy, then I agreed to purchase theupgrade.

I was unable to download the upgrades and could never get any kind of answer from the company.

they put a new charge on my credit card each time I emailed and inquery.

they never did give me any upgrades and here it is two years later and I can't get ANY of the programs I "purchased" from them.

They're a horrible company and should be banned from the internet!

How to get through to Bonzi + getting rid of those files

#2Consumer Suggestion

Wed, July 17, 2002

As a former complainant on this board, I persisted until I got hold of Bonzi's so-called customer support person, who goes by the name of Ty Christensen. The e-mail address is ty@bonzi.com

Failing this, all these e-mail addresses work too... webmaster@bonzi.com, admin@bonzi.com, techsupport@bonzi.com, postmaster@bonzi.com

But beware! Public relations clearly ain't their game. After complaining about being harrassed by pop-ups every 5-10 minutes over a period of 3 days, one of Ty's several shirty responses was: "I would also suggest that you dont download free software, it comes with some price, since we are in the business of selling software or services".

Bonzi quite clearly have no interest in helping you rid your life of those unfortunate files. the way to do it is with Ad-Aware - it is a blessing to all those cannot rid their lives of Bonzi. It's free and it works!
