tryed to E-mail customerserv@bonzi.com mail returned, call the 1-805-546-1955 recording refers you back www.bonzi.com sill won't work fax 1-805-546-1956 two jams and one 5min 10sec four (4) page went thru I want to cancel service do you have any other numbers address any help!!!From reading the complaints you seem to be able to contact them i would really like a address to send a certified letter, if thats not possible the next step is atty Gen office for deceptive trade practices
