Bonzi Software ripoff slime-ball San Luis Obispo Internet
They didn't get a chance to rip me off, but they did screw up my Mac and make me spend two hours getting everything right again. I was browsing the Penn State site on Netscape 7 when an alert box came up telling me my internet address was being broadcasted and I should buy their product to "protect" myself; clicking "okay" took me to another page and another pop-up that wouldn't go away. I had to force-quit, re-start, and re-start from the CD again to run Norton before everything was back to normal . Two hours of my time and unlimited aggravation. These people oughta be in jail from what I've read about their business practices. Isn't there some way to at least get them off the internet?
