After receiving Bonzi buddy from e-mail, thought we'd try it. They made it seem fun and useful for children. But in reality, there were nothing but offers on selling deals, ins. cars..etc. After paying, it crashed my computer, now we cant get rid of it, nor can we make any contact with humans on how to unload or get a refund . This must not be allowed to continue, people deserve better from microsoft, and aol. please contact us if you can help us clean this out, or get our refund! Thank you.
