On September 3, 2015, I recieved the wrong product from Book Depository via Amazon.

When I contacted the company the next day, I was asked the following (1) the title of the book listed on the packaging slip, (2) The ISBN number from the book you have received, and (3) the order number listed on the packaging slip that came with the book.

I e-mailed the requested information and clearly stated that I received the correct slip but with the wrong order. I then received another e-mail from the company:

" Thank you for your message. I can confirm that your order was sent out to you on28-08-2015 to: [----] Delivery is usually 5-8 working days from dispatching, therefore if it has not arrived by 09-09-2015, please check with your local sorting office to see if they are holding any items for you."

Then, I e-mailed the USPS tracking number along with a attached copy of the receipt that came with the order. Afterwards, I filed a complaint via Amazon and requested for a full refund.

Despite already sending proof of receiving the item, I then received a copy and paste response from Book Depository stating to check with my local postal office.

After numerous uncooperative e-mail exchanges with Book Depository, here is their final response I received on September 5, 2015 from them:

"I am so sorry we sent the wrong book. I've ordered a new copy of ( Longman Handy Learner'sDictionary of American English) you. This will be dispatched soon.  Please allow a few days for the items to ship and then (5-8) working days for delivery. Please keep the incorrect book [Reminder: I received a poster not a book] with our compliments."

My request for a full refund for the amount of $13.23 has been ignored.  After all the experience, I wish this company to my request to be granted.
