In 2014, I received a call from this company. The agent told me that I had won a free cruise. After a lot of questions on my part, I was told that the free cruise was being offered to me as a frequent cruiser and was part of Carnival, Norwegian, and Royal Caribbean's promotional activities.  The cruise was a 3 day cruise to the Bahamas, however, a 4th day could be purchased.  The cost to me was $100/per person + port fees and taxes on booking.  I was also told that I could take up to a party of 12 people limited to 4 total cabins. After talking to our friends, I paid a total of $800 to be able to take my husband's Shrine group.

Our group decided on a cruise date and documents were submitted to Book It Travel. 45 days from our chosen sailing date, I had not heard anything about cruise tickets and called Book It.  I was given a total run around, telling me that we couldn't cruise on our selected date due to a mistake on part with the cruise request form. I had not filled out the form 100% to their specifications, so another meeting with the group was in order and we were able to agree on another cruise date.  I reprinted the forms and resubmitted to Book It Travel following their directions to the "T".  Again, I heard nothing, so called them. Again I was given the run-around. That they were booking guests three months past the cruise date I had selected. I asked to talk to their CLIA representative and asked why, when I followed their directions to the "T", that I didn't get my requested group cruise. I got no co-operation at all, other than being told that I had to select my cruise date and CALL in.  My vouchers expire in December 2015 (per their form).  I refunded money to our entire group and decided to go it alone and try and book for just my husband and me.  Today, I got my form returned from the post office stamped "Return to Sender - Unclaimed - Unable to Forward". So, after four attempts to contact this company, they are not accepting my mailed requests?  Because I said I would turn them over to the State Attorney General?

Not really smart on their part.  Do not buy into a free cruise offer.  There are too many of them out there and this one is a total scam.
