BOOK NET LTD RIPOFF DISHONEST FRAUDULENT BILLING IRVINE California
Two young people came to my home in Feb 2002, selling magazines for a fund raiser for school (and I bought two magazines at a total cost of $74.95.
I waited the 90-120 days as said to receive the magazines...but, they never came. I also sent all the information requested (if you call their phone number you hear a message telling you to mail them informatin in writing. I did all of this twice with tracking numbers. I am now out the money.
I have gone to the Police Dept., Bank and Post Office. I just hope that you don't fall for the same scam as I did. Police said they did have a permit and did check out! What else can a person do? Shame on "Book Net LTD-IRVINE,CA"!
