Book Net Ltd ripoff Irvine California
Two young people came to may door telling me the same stories others have reported. They were earning moneyi for college. After paying mover $100 in checks, I received a postcard from Book Net saying that the amount I paid was only a down payment and I still owe them $92.40. They also listed 2 $24.95 charges
for coupon books that the sales men told me would be free for bying longer subscriptions. I feel so stupid for being so trusting.

What can you do? Copy your post here, and send it to the Irvine Police Department as an inquiry.

Meanwhile to have an Irvine mailbox, and to have an Irvine phone number does not mean that Book Ltd is Irvine based, but the police have the authority, power to start an investigation.
Irvine has very ambicious, well funded, well equipped and well staffed police. After the 3th, 5th e-mail about the SAME fraud they will look after the issue. (With the help of the postal authorities etc.)
