Complaint Review: bookinggroup.com

bookinggroup.com did not honor my booking had to pay full fare and then another $267 that they charged me for the initial booking ...and rental company had no record of booking. Latvia Internet

Booked my rental car at an average price and the confirmed my booking bt stating that all I had to pay was 50 % more when I got to my destination. The rental car company had no record of my booking and charged me " full price". They told me not to go through a discount company unless it was in the USA such as travelocity or expedia. When I got back to Florida I saw the charge of 50 % on my credit card, so total for car was (0). When I called up they said send receipts to support@bookinggroup.com....e-mails returned ! Bad Russian company looking to rip you off....dont do any busineess with this company at all.....take it from me that travels every month inside the US !
