After caring for my only son for 3 years straight due to his cancer, he finally is in remision. So we thought we would take a couple of days off to get away. We chose the Ocean Manor because of the the beautiful pictures,new furniture, everything looked gorgeous.The pictures on Bookit's website looked like a dream come true. 

OMG!! what a mistake. When we arrived after driving 5 hours, they did'nt have my room available, We had to wait 2 hours. Then they gave us the wrong room.  We had booked an efficiency room and paid the higher rate for it. Because we were taking our 4 year old grandchild, we requested two queen size bed.

We got a very small room, not an efficiency,a microwave that did not work, cold water shower that would go out during your shower, as a matter of fact, my grandchild got her arm burnt during her shower when the cold water was shut off. The beds were two double beds with horrible mattresses. There were roaches coming out of the holes in the walls. I have pictures to prove it.

The hotel would not change our room, Book it was no better in helping us.they just kept referring me back to the hotel's manager for help, they simply said they were able to help us.

All in all,  a vacation from h*ll!!  The worst vacation.
