I can't say how much I despise Angela and her company.  She's so friendly until you say you want to self publish and then the horrible service begins.  And if you want to leave, make sure you have a good lawyer.  I do and she'll be facing a legal battle.  This woman is horrible and I believe is possibly a false owner.  "She'll" never speak to you by phone and this could be a sham operation.

Angela made multiple attempts for me to alter this review and I've agreed based on a misunderstanding of one of our communications. I still stand by the fact she only communicates quickly with clients who pay for advanced services. And only expect email communication, even if you plead for a brief phone call. If you only self-publish, you need to not expect top notch customer service. I chose Ingram Spark and am fairly happy with them. I don't know if I would consider working with book locker again. But I'm not saying you should avoid them. Just know what to expect. That's all.
