Bookmyflowers.com aka Ferns and Petal is a big fraud. They claim affiliation with ferns and petals. In fact, there is a press release around it - https://www.thehindubusinessline.com/companies/Ferns-N-Petals-sees-more-business-blooming-online/article20414577.ece. 

I ordered a flowers for anniversary of near ones in the morning. The status keeps saying "Processed". It was a same day delivery. Noone responds on their Twitter Handle. No one answers their customer service number +91 9212255500. On their website, there is a reference to ferns and petals https://www.bookmyflowers.com/faq -> Care Contact

It is a big fraud - they rip you off their money and deliver nothing! No customer service, no person, just crappy money eaters. When I called Ferns and Petals they were clueless about this order number and for that matter this website. How did the money go to Ferns and Petals? Why is there a press release from Ferns and Petals?

Bull sh*t - I have gone to consumer court to report them! Have reported a fraud too. Avoid these bunch of jobless morons like a plauge. Such people deserve to die a horrendous death!
