BOOKS-A-MILLION Biased/ Unfair Treatment of Customer Johnson City, Tennessee
On approximately 02/12/2019 I napped off at Books A Million while reading on my computer. I was awakened and asked to leave and not return to the store. They had received a complaint by someone by e-mail.
Well...There are plenty of other people who are customers and have done the same thing and are still there and are not being asked to leave. In fact one of those customers is the former sheriff of Washington County, Tn. who has stated that even he has napped off at Books A Million. He hasn't been asked to leave and not return nor has any of the poor homeless people who show up there. I was told that someone had contacted them by e-mail and had complianed. I can only wonder how a business that, by all appearences, doesn't have enough business and is destroying what business they have.
This business has treated me very poorly. I will not get mad. I will just inform the world, FOREVER, of what they have done. I will not stop. EVER! This is just the beginning.
