i was accosted by a securcurity officer in boom town casino trying to cash my ticket before they serviced the machine while i asked to cash my ticket she ignored me the security guard (lady) grabbed me and pulled me i snatched away and saId you do not grab and pull me without a warning explanation or some kinda reason anything they have no people skills whatsoever i will never visit this pla just not worth it again unless its for a sincere apology and i get 100$ plus a monthi ll take my retirement money elsewherece..... i ll take my retirement money elsewhere....samuel p. and jean c.

Sounds like they were trying to empty out the cashing machine and when they do that, as there is money involved, they have to have the security there. As you were attempting to interfere with that and the guard didn't know if you were a threat or not, then yes, she has every right to push you back. Like the casino cares about your retirement money. They make millions each year.

Please be more specific..your story rambles after a moment, and are you asking that they give you $100 a month to play there ?...You need to resubmit your complaint and try making some sense of it..the reason i ask is that I live near Boomtown and go there often, have never seen or heard of such a thing happening and would like a clear explanation of your complaint ( for my own info and I'm sure others reading this will appreciate it.
