I called their 800 number and was only answered by an automated machine which did not answer my concerns and questions - and put me in the run-around. You never get a live person. You cannot resolve any issues that arise from their shoddy product. They take your money swiftly enough, but don't want to know you beyond that. No contact number that works. Nothing.
