My friend who is almost in a wheelchair due to Diabites, had Boost Mobile as her phone service. She was on a a plan with unlimited minutes. All she could afford was pre-pay. They shut her service off today for useing to many minutes. They accused her of violating the terms of service and refused to give her money back she paid for the next month of service. There is noone in the USA you can call only India made several calls they refused her refund. And wont let her port her number. I need to let people know about this company. To my knowlegde Sprint owns them. This is a complete discrace. They say they offer unlimited service they dont!!! I want to Warn people beware of Boost Mobile. They will cut off your service and keep your money and phone number.... Beware of this company!!!!!
