Boost Mobile Aka Sprint.com They sold me a mobile phone that isn't really a provider. They never even informed of that. My sim card is locked to Sprint. I can't change my APN. I can't even reset the APNs. New York New York
Boost Mobile sold me a phone that I'm not even in control of. If I try to look up anything concerning my issue on the web or internet my phone freezes. When I make a call my LTE goes off but the call still goes thru. I'm having so much problems with this issue. I called the customer service number and they told me my sim card is suppose to be a Boost Mobile not a Sprint sim. I had to use a different phone to file this report because my phone wasn't allowing me to connect to your website. My phone isn't letting make a new Google account or anything. Something is differently fraudulent about that Boost store.
