 I've been loyal customer with boost for nearly three years, and have always paid my bill on time. One thing they love to do is change how much mobile data their plans offer customers, leaving you stuck paying more for less without telling you. Meanwhile new customers are signing up and getting more for less. You wanna go onto the website every so often and check on the plans they offer to make sure your not getting jipped. Also, the internet speed is terrible once they reduce your high speed data. Previously, I was on net10 which was a 3G carrier, and the speed was fairly good, most videos even loaded just fine. Then I switched to virgin mobile, who, like boost, offers a 4G service but reduces your data speeds after so much usage each month. This was no big deal, my speeds were noticeably slower but using the internet was still comfortable, and again, most videos worked just fine. Virgin mobile phone broke, so I tried Boost Mobile. Well, now here I am on boost, with a 4G enabled smartphone, as usual, my data speed has been reduced for the remainder of my month, and the internet is barley usable. Some websites never finish loading, and watching video is out of the question. My signal is near full, no problem there. And from what I understand, Boost and Virgin Mobile both use the same Sprint satellite network, so the way I see it Boost has it intentionally rigged to have the speeds slower to force customers to pay for their most expensive plan, offering unlimited high speed data. Their sister company can obviously afford to keep their customers happy using the same system so I don't appreciate boosts little hidden cons.
