Complaint Review: Boost Mobile Netgear

Boost Mobile Netgear Netgear Hotspot, Boost Mobile failed to provide contractual amount of data, failed to provide accounting of data, changed website with tracked data, and customer service disconnected, gave the runaround, 18 calls transfered to obsolete unknown Nationwide

For seven months I was happy with their service, then they cut my data off after 18 days, contracted for 10 gb, only used 7.5, I used two hours of phone service trying to reach them, talked to eight or so people, each time ever they claimed I'd used up my data, and referenced their website, but they changed their website, so it no longer registers consistent with my data countr.  They disconnected me, transfered me to obsolete numbers  (with a recording "this number is no longer active") and when I asked to talk to supervised claimed they were unavailable.  Customer service is a joke, no one knows what to do except deny responsibiliy, and even when I talk to a supervisor, they just disconnect or transfer me back in line to be answered by the next foreign operator.  

 

No one else is willing to take any account or responsibility.
