Complaint Review: Boot Man INC.

 A kind gentleman paid for my parking. He handed me the ticket to put in my car. I noticed he selected the wrong parking space so I moved over one. Walked in to handle my business. Came out and there was a boot on my car. He refused to move it. I had to pay my last $75.00 to get it off my car. I called to dispute it and the customer service was horrible! The man in the parking lot was cold, abusive, and rude. This discussed me the entire ride home I had to calm down. Recovering from cancer require me to live a stress free life. However, this triggered emotions that is very difficult to dismiss. This company should be shut down. It is primarily in middle to low income areas. They prey on people and after you have no other choice but to pay to have it remove...the receipt states no refund or replacement. What the hell! This is a rip off! Put them out of business.
