Complaint Review: BOOTYFULL

My boyfriend ordered me clothing from www.bootyfull.net for my birthday in January. He told me it would take 4-6 weeks for delivery. I was confident that I would get the package, due to the fact that the ordered was billed and paid for.

As everybody else who's filed a report about this same website, I patiently waited for my delivery. After the 6 weeks was up, I contacted their customer service department via email which, oddly enough, is the only contact information provided on the website. No response.

I then contacted their myspace account and was told that my inquiry would be directed to customer service and was again given the email address for customer service, whom were emailed again.

Still no reply. After many emails, I have given up. It's now March and still no delivery. Rude. Beware of bootyfull.
