Borack & Associates, P.A. Attorneys At Law Threatening & nasty individual. Stated that she was a lawyer. Very intimidating, Maitland, Florida
I recieve a phone call a Wendy Jennings stating that she was a lawyer hired by American Express, to collect the money that they were owed. She told me if I didn't pay they would freeze my husbands business accounts and put liens on our home & other home we have as well as my husbands business. She also said they could take our homes if we didn't pay immediately. I told her that my husband wasn't on my account. She said since we were married he is included. She scared me so bad that I agreed & then she faxed me paperwork that said " Borack & Associates, P.A. Attorneys At Law". I signed them & they started taking the money the following day.

Close your bank account now . You should of never given anybody your bank account# . You should report this person to the FTC for the threats. This person cannot touch your property or your husbands . the next time this witch with a b calls tell her to stuff it and hang up

These are debt collectors period. How old was your Amex account?? Did they ever send you validation of the debt. By paying them you have now reaged the debt and FYI debt collectors cannot take your home, vehicles etc etc. I suggest you find a good Consumer Lawyer and get information asap. Good luck to you.
