In February 2015, we sent a $500 deposit, to Georgia Burruel, for the purchase of a female Dogue de Bordeaux puppy from Enrique Nunez Cancio. Later that week, we sent the remaining $3000 balance to Georgia to ensure we'd have 1st pick of 2 litters due to be born in April.

In May, Enrique told us he didn't have any female puppies. We requested our money be refunded & he agreed. For about a month & a half, he repeatedly requested our mailing address & account information & told us he was "processing" our refund.

In July, he told he would have 2 litters in August. We would have the choice of choosing a puppy or have our money refunded in full. We chose to wait for a puppy.

In September, he told us he had a female puppy & requested an ADDITIONAL $500. We told him "NO!" & requested our money be refunded in full. He agreed & told us he would need time to process our refund. For a month, he told us he was "processing" our refund & it's "in the mail."

In October, he offered us another puppy which we declined & again requested our money be refunded in full. Since then, he has repeatedly requested our mailing address & account information or he would tell us our refund was "in the mail."

As of now, we still have not received our refund. He recently blocked our phone numbers, stopped responding to texts & emails, & deleted us from his Facebook thus ceasing all communications. However, a few days ago, he DEMANDED we cease exposing him in exchange for our refund. We requested our money 1st & he declined. We also made contact with Georgia who claimed to be oblivious to the situation until we reminded her that the money was sent to her.
