Today I purchased a 4 pack of cybersonic spare brushes from "Sears" thank "God" for alternate sourses. I also toke this situation several steps further.I sent an E-mail to Robert Urich himself, askRobert@Roberturich.com

The letter I sent to Robert Urich and Mary Arstrong...still waiting!

My current status: called today Tuesday, February 26th
Operator 228: Venessa, said my card was rejected, which has been rectified and corrected on several phone conversations.

CONFIRMATION NUMBER: 231-9466 (what ever that means.)

It is hard for me to fathom that I have to write an e-mail to a star to request compensation for a measly $5.00 replacement brushes. Simply stated, I prefer my hard earned $108.00 back rather than dealing with CYBERSONIC any more. Obviously there is something wrong with your customer service arena. Personally, being told on several different occasions, from your customer service representatives with inequitable feelings, unpleasant, unreliable and impersonal intentions. Most of all with an unsecured tasted in my mouth.

I feel embarrassed for you and Mary Armstrong of Cybersonic whom you both are stated in several letters addressed to the "Better Business Bureau".

Please help, I see SEARS is now selling the cybersonic system, WHY? I do plan to contact them to let know of many, many, many complaints.....As a consumer it is my duty...

As an admirer of Mr. Urich accomplishments, coming back from his illness and succeeding to higher state and getting on with his life left me as a fan feeling good. Good things happen to good people.
