Bosch Appliance/ Appilance Smart Good Luck getting the appliance fixed under warranty Hopkins Minnesota

Purchased a Bosch refridgerator from Applince Smart in Hopkins MN on 9-16...On 10-16 the ice maker stopped working so i called Appliance Smart,,, they had me call Bosch,,,Bocsh had me call on of thier service companies , the service company had me sit home for 4 hours and wait for them..They sent a guy out and he said it's the water valve so he would have to come back with a part...He called 4 days later and said he would not order the part unless i prove to him via scanned e-mail my purchase papers...I told him i showed them to him when he was out the week before...My scanner is not working so i can text it to him,,He said no.. Tried to get Appliance smart and Bosch to call him and tell him i just purchased it and they both declined...6 phone calls for 3 hrs..sat at home on a sat. for 4 hrs.Now i guess i don't have ice maker...Thanks Bosch and Appliance Smart....Great warranty....
