Bosch receptionist refused to transfer me to technical assistant and determined that there was no warranty issue.  The receptionist diagnosed  the condition of my unit which was very different from the licensed electrician whom actually inspected the unit.  Called back and got a customer service rep who said he would listen to phone call to verify my story.  Never once did he offer to transfer me to a technical advisor so that I could have them send me the defective heating element.  Seems Bosch more interested in denying warranty items than honoring their promise. In meantime, I have tankless water heater which does not work.  Do not buy from Bosch.  I wrote President but he still has not responded to me in two weeks. 


DO NOT TRUST BOSCH AND ANY OF ITS WARRANTY PROMISES.  SOONER OR LATER THERE WILL BE A CLASS ACTION.
