Terrible. stole our deposit on an apartment that we ended up not taking. They ( Nathan Smith & Joshua Bosch appear to be running a bait an switch scam. We've been waiting for our $2200 deposit back for 3 months. We can never reach anyone. If this has happened to you you can do what we are doing
1. Contact the Better business Burea
2. Go to the Green point Police department and file a complaint and demand an investigation
3. File a complaint with the city by calling 311
4. Post how you have been victimized on Yelp
5. Hire an attorney
The fact that they are still in business is absolutely ridiculous & I'm positive there are far more people who have fallen victim to their scam.

I just wanted to facilitate a response to this report, because my friend and I were victims to the same scam that was mentioned in this report. It was a typical bait and swtich- Nathan advertised a property, we put down a deposit on the property, the landlord chose other tenants, and we never received our money back. I am hoping this response will serve as a way to gather more victims so we can criminally prosecute Nathan and subsequently puruse civil litigation against him and his faux-company.
