Bosch Sold me a lemon, didn't take it back Nationwide

 I ordered a new dishwasher for my home. After the company came to install it we tried to use it. After using it everything came out dirty. We called the company they said use more jet dry. We used the recommended dosage all along and it still came out dirty. After 3 weeks of a non working dishwasher and many parties followed by hand washing at late hours we finally got a repair person who claimed it had an issue with the plumbing which he fixed. He said everything fine. That same day we used it to find a smelly dishwasher full of dirty dishes in the morning. Very frustrated we called again and said we want it replaced. They refused to replace and offered to send out a technician again. 2 weeks later we got a second technician who said it was an electrical issue. He came back a week later with a new electric board. Finally after 2 months of hassles, hand washing dishes and frustration it finally gave us a complete cycle. It is still far from perfect. Cutlery still comes out dirty. They claim it needs to be put in dirty and we are rinsing too much before we put in. Either way, still frustrated and want to get rid of this lemon. We shouldn't be using a refurbished machine that we purchased brand new 2 months earlier. Customer care very unresponsive and claimed its not in their control but coming from higher authority that we could not contact. Very frustrated! Wish we never got a Bosch
