I have been to a few auctions for put on by this company and caught on quickly to their tactics.  First off the set up is a joke. It takes forever to register and ten times longer to pay. Auctioneer Dave is short stumpy guy who you can't understand and thinks different and antique are automatically expensive.  Don' t show any interest in an item prior otherwise he will bid up to the price you mention.  How does he do this?  Well while getting our numbers, it went from 24-31.  We figured it out when those numbers got called during the auction and nobody had a paddle or card.  He uses those numbers to get illegally bid up items.  A friend of a friend who had used them said that on many items that should have sold they ended up going for almost nothing to those a late 20 number.  This proves that if he does get stuck with an item, he just puts a cheap price like $5 for an impact gun that actually bid up to $40.  Example: set of custom harley exhaust pipes I kept getting bid up by #30 but couldn't find the guy anywhere.  I said f it and stopped bidding.  My friend tells me a 4 sets sold for something crazy like $50 total and I found them on craigslist later that week for $200 a pair... What do you know it was the auctioneer selling them.  He's obviously  not the sharpest tool in the shed.  At the same auction one of the bidders passed out and ended up passing away.  The auctioneed did not even flinch while it was going on and one of the check in guys ended up tending to the customer.  They placed him on a futon out of the sun while waiting for EMS and when he passed away on the futon his bodily fluids were released.  Believe it or not they still sold the futon 20 minutes later with a huge urine spot still not dried. Truely inhumane and sketchy.

Also my friend informed me that they get paid based on total sales and a percentage from that.  Under $10,000 in sales and they get %35 over by a buck and it's %30.  She said it ended up being a few hundred short of the $10,000 ironically.  She also said several items listed on the estates very detailed inventory were not present at the auction.  This included several bedroom sets but somehow they wrere on the closeout for a ridiculously cheap price all brand new. I didn't even buy anything from them after the first couple motorcycle items were jacked up and glad I didn't.  I did some homework after seeing website and knew the fat kid looked familiar.  Google Niagara Falls, NY Boshane and top of the list is that kid with 6 ounces of Cocaine.  No wonder my friend said the money didn't match but you would think he would work faster at least.  Not a chance though. I went to their next auction just to see how big of a joke this one would be.  Same story.  Vehicles talked up like they were Nash Healey's, Harbor Freight tools "estimated" at twice retail value and still slowwwww I had to leave after the fat kid started talking up cars.  It sounded like he read wikipedia  a few too many times and mixed everything up.  Probably doesn't even have a license.  Take my word- Don't use them to sell you stuff, only half gets sold the other half ends up missing and don't buy from them, odds are your bidding against yourself or a "ghost bidder".  Buyer beware!!!!

This report is very hurtful, inaccurate, and completely false. It is one total big lie. My grandmother is the owner of Boshane Liquidators, she has been in business for over 40yrs. In that amount of time she serviced wny and has built a great reputation for her business. She has a huge following of customers and gets refferalls from almost everyone she has done business with before. She takes great peide in her reputation and is very anal about how  eefficient and  fair her work is. She goes the extra mile to treat others property with dignity and respect which is something appreciative seeing that aa lot of business we get is being liquidated due to a death in someone's family. My grandmother is very outspoken and proud, she would not put up with anyone being dishonest or anything like what was being accused of in this report. We run a family owned and operated business which keeps us together and close and we makes ends meat doing so we stay ahead. There's nothing good that would profit us from rhe acusations that are being made. My father Dave has been an auctioneer for 30yrs, yes he talks fast thata how auctioneers talk if you've ever been to an auction. He is fair and by the book, that's why almost every liquidation company from this area freqeuntly hires him for work and companies out of the area are always recruiting him for work. He is one of the best auctioneers I've ever seen and I'm very proud of him. These two have tought me everything I know and I'm very thankful for that, they've never tought me to do anything remotely close to be what's accused, they've always tought me to do the right thing. Are business is the glue that's keeps us together, its a our way of staying close and whats been passed down from generation to generation and that beimg oir family morals we would never dirty ot up ripping people off and breaking the law. There is only one truth to the whole report and that was about me the "fat kid"  I did get into trouble a couple years ago for being in possession of cocaine and it was the biggest MISTAKE of my life which I've paid trememdously for. But I also changed my whole life, it was a life changing event that was a blessing for disguis because it made me realize of what I had and what o had was this great family that I'm defending.  Since my troubles I've been a different man and have a fresh start to be thw man I've been since and I'm proud of the man I'm and believe that me and our business wo t be judged on my past. The man that had an heart attack and unfornately past away later at the hospital was one of my father/auctioneer childhood best friends and my bestfriends uncle which we both attended the services and offered the familt any help we could for their family. At the time of the  of tragedy th e man was standing outside fro. Where the auction was taking place, when he went down the auctioneer could not see what was happening outside or believe me he would have ran to his friends aid. I recently hada fall out with a damily/friend that we had a falling out and who I believe wrote this report so this is nothi g but a vindictive shot at me and my family. Ecerything I wrote is truthfull and from the bottom of my heart. I really hope you take a big look at both sides before to take your judgement. We honestly are a hard working familt that just trying to get by as a family
