I had several e-mail exchanges with Boshoff Beyers about the cattle immobilizer his company sells. I've had one of the units which needed a new battery. He told me they were no longer producing that model and the batteries were not available. He finally offered me a half price deal on a new unit but insisted that the money be wire transfered and that he didn't offer credit card services. I was a bit nervous over that but had one of his units so I complied. I wired 177.00 Euros to his bank on Dec. 7, 2011 and he was supposed to ship the item on the next day, Dec. 8. 2011. The shipping was only supposed to take about seven days. It's now Jan. 20, 2012 and I have not received the immobilizer nor can I contact Mr. Beyers by e-mail, no answer. During the course of our e-mail exchanges he tried to get me to be a dealer, buy multiple units and so on, in fact four days after he received the wire payment, he sent me an e-mail asking for another 600.00 Euros and he would sell me 10 units total. That's the last time I ever heard from him.

After a much longer period of time that what I was led to believe it would take, the item arrived today. Mr. Beyers attributed the delay to manufacturing difficulties but never really communicated those issues to me.

manufacturing, we had production problems due to a microchip, we have solved the

problem and we delivered the order to Fjord Manufacturing, we also give them a

special price to show that we do not want to lose them as our client,
