Boss Marketing Concepts and its principles, John Montgomery and Chris Montgomery are deceptive lying con artists. They told me in Oct.02 that they would get me 50 sales in less than a month.
Unwisley I paid them up front for these as they had sold me an intitial one that worked out fine. After 2 months and no sales and many complaints John Montgomery talked me into just buying leads instead of sales. He redid the contract and snuck in that he had 120 days to fulfill. Every lead they sent me was trash. And when we tried to get credit on them Vivi gave us a two month run around and never gave us credit.
After the 120 days were over they never gave us a refund of the money that we prepaid for leads they never delivered or for the credits for the trash leads. After trying to get the matter resolved numerous times, Chris Montgomery told me he was sending the matter to his legal dept. and hung up on me. Now 8 months later we are out a great deal of money with 1 sale to show for it and a bunch of junk leads.If anyone is interested in doing a class action lawsuit against these con artist let me know, as I am willing to bring them down.

I know, from past experience, that these guys can deliver! I also know that they are a bunch of hot heads that lie!
Case in point.
My contract was not fullfilled. It will never be fullfilled. But I did make some money with them. They are just greedy and didn't want to look at the long run, just the short run. Short run makes them more money, long run could make the dealers more money.
In fact, they still owe me for chargebacks. They said that I would receive that money. Almost a year later and I have yet to receive it.
Now, for Joe's response. He is either of several things. He works for them, he's a new dealer or he's actually Chris or John. See, when I was with them, I praised them to the end. I was getting work left and right, until they started signing other dealers close to me.
This company will seem very good at the beginning, then it will fall off or just not deliver at all.
But beware, they have another company going now. They'll say that they are not one in the same, they even have different mailing addresses and phone numbers, but believe me, it's the same people.
John and Chris, do NOT call me!!! I don't want to be harrassed by you guys any more. If you find it necessary to call me, mail me my chargeback money first, then we'll talk!
For anyone else that would like factual, proof positive information reqarding the way you will be treated(good and bad) by this company, get in touch with me. Feel free to email the owners of this site, I will respond to you. BTW, there are some good qualities with Boss, but they don't out weigh the bad!

I have read a few of these reports on BOSS and it sound like the people who are complaining are knowlegable in Contract Law. I have yet to read that Boss told these individual that they were not given them a refund. Maybe you should wait until the end of your contract to see if they give you a refund before you defame them. I just know I have made alot of money with them and they have done nothing but upstanding business with me. All I'm trying to say in this rebuttal is I do not believe this company are a bunch of con artists. I think maybe you are in a market and with the way the economy is it very difficult to create new business for anyone. All I have hear are bad thing on Boss and I think they are a great company that's all.
