Boss Resurfacing & Outdoor Living Would not fulfill lifetime warranty on faulty product Grapevine Texas
I had an epoxy floor system applied on my back patio two years ago. The company insures a lifetime warranty on their product. After 8 moths, the epoxy started coming up in multiple places. After informing the company, they "patched" the damage, which held up for about 2 weeks.
I've tried contacting the company multiple times, and every time they've given me the run-around. I finally decided to go to their place of business and confront them in person. They are refusing to honor their lifetime warranty, and instead, offered to fix it for a fee (about half of what it cost originally, and they only want to remove the part that's coming up and redo that section).
I contacted another company to give me an estimate on the damage, and he told me that they should be honoring their warranty.

After a number of conversations with both Keith and Susan, Boss has agreed to put our patio on the schedule for a redo. I will follow up on this forum when the work is completed to our satisfaction.
