Complaint Review: Boss revolution

I used Boss Revolution to call Europe.the charges showed up on my call log on Boss Revolution and  also on my mobile network. I called Boss Revolution customer service,a very rude man  told me  there was nothing wrong with my service.He wouldn't look into the double charge and hung up the phone.

i called my mobile carrier,they just show the calls as legitimate charges that I incurred. So! Nobody knows any thing about where the screwup came from and the consumer gets shafted while corporations stick some more of our money in their pockets.
