Complaint Review: Boss Ultra Carpet Cleaning

Boss Ultra Carpet Cleaning Did NOT show up to clean carpets after their rescheduling 3 times! Charged my card - won't refund $. Phoenix Arizona

I contacted this company on June 17th and scheduled a cleaning for my area rugs. They IMMECIATELY charged my credit card. The first date set for the service was 7/14. NO SHOW. Supposedle, the tech ad truck problems. Second date set for the service was 7/20. NO SHOW. Supposedly the tech had problems with the equipment. Third date set for the service was 7/25. Once again, NO SHOW. I called and cancelled the service. I asked for a credit to be issued back to my credit card and they said they would run the request up to accounting immediately. I have since called at LEAST 6 times but still NO CREDIT has been issued. I called AGAIN today and was told the "owner" would be calling me, but I heard that each time I called to request my refund. 

 

I am beside myself. Being a senior citizen and on a fixed income, the $279.00 this company owes me is a LOT of money. I strongly advise anyone considering using this company, turn around and RUN away!!!
