Mr. Kurt Bosshard, Swiss national, passport number (((REDACTED))), stayed in suite number 320-321 at the Swisscare Nuweiba Resort Hotel in Egypt from the 29th May 2010 until the 11th June 2010, accompanied by Mrs Ivanka Welkert, German national, passport number (((REDACTED)).
 
The mother of Mr Bosshard, Mrs. Bertha Bosshard, stayed at the Swisscare Nuweiba Resort Hotel from the 28th November 2009 to the 23rd June 2010 in the suite number 322-323.
 
Both reservations were made by Mr Bosshard who stated that he would pay for both suites.
 
The accounts for both suites were paid up to 31st May 2010, with Mr Bosshard paying to the hotel on the 10th June 2010 the amount of LE 10000 by credit card and Swiss Francs 500.00 in cash. Mr Bosshard declared on that day that he did not have enough cash to pay for the accounts of June 2010 which amount to Swiss Francs 2513.00 and promised he would transfer to the hotel, the remaining amount due immediately the following week when he was back in Europe. This he did not do and when we contacted him again by email he promised yet again that he would transfer the money to our bank. He then emailed us a form issued by Deutsche Bank which he claimed was proof of the transfer but which we have subsequently found out to be fictitious.
 
He therefore owes the Swisscare Nuweiba Resort Hotel the sum of Swiss Francs 2513.00 and we believe he is trying to avoid the payment of this amount.

Mr Bosshard owes the dive centre at the Swisscare Nuweiba Resort Hotel the sum Euro 275.00 and they too have been unsuccessful in recovering that debt, despite various emails.

We have learned that Mr Bosshard has a series of debts in various countries. Mr Bosshard has also been setting up and/or operating fictitious companies such as BLM or KBNE. He was also illegally using our hotel address as an address of one or more of these fictitious companies.

It would appear that the above rebuttal was arranged by Mr Bosshard as he has been trying to discredit the hotel in any way by writing negative reports to tour operators and hotel review sites.

However, Mr Bosshard has still not honoured his promise to settle his debts either to us, the dive centre, and, it would seem, other parties in Swizterland and Austria.

It should be noted that Mr Bosshard had visited the hotel on at least 6 other previous visits and his mother a total of three times. So it seems contradictory that someone would stay so many times on holiday in one hotel if the thought so badly of the hotel.

Complaints of guests, who stomach complaints had therefore, are well-known. The selection, which is offered as A la Carte, is poor, because there is not much directly. A Hotelier from Europe examined and came times the kitchen in the end that he is surprised that one can cook in so a chaos of kitchen at all. The representations on the Internet site of the hotel are misleading. the data on the homepage of the hotel are not correct in many cases at all. To be desired together with the statement ***/**** stars hotel to be (a serious passing), which also most holidays offerers in such a way publishes, leaves the quality absolutely. It goes even so far, if a holidays offerer registers for a visit, the entire one shank begun for the Instandstellung of the hotel, the environment and the Beach. Giants a show one takes off here, and thus one pretends the holidays offerer somewhat, which under normal conditions not is. END

gegen die oben genannte Person sind bereits Klagen in Europa/CH/FL in Arbeit, wegen Verdacht auf Kreditschdigung, Verleumdung, Betrug, Ehrverletzung, fahrlssige Krperverletzung, Rufschdigung und Datenmissbrauch.

Verstoss gegen das Datenschutzgesetzes...

AJ Furrer wird wegen Verstoss gegen das Datenschutzgesetz in Europa und der Schweiz/FL angezeigt, weil er Daten von Gsten inklusive Passdaten ins Internet gestellt hat. Dies auch von Personen, die mitallflligen Differenzen zwischen ihm und Dritten nichts zu tun haben.

AJ Furrer stellt sogar Behauptungen und Darstellungen ber Personen an die ffentlichkeit,ber dieer keinen einzigen richterlichen Bescheid hat und ber keinerlei Verfgungen im Besitze ist, um solche Handlungenvornehmen zu drfen.

Die Klageschriftenwerden zu Handen der gyptischen Behrden, dem gyptischen Tourismusverbandzur Kenntnisnahme und Untersuchungen, wie zu allen weiteren zustndigen Instanzen zum gleichen Zwecke weiter geleitet.

die Grnde dafr sind:

1eine Frau (88 und krperlich, gesundheitlichwie seelisch vllig OK)war ab dem 30.November 2009 fr 6 Monate und 3 Wochen im Hotel untergebracht. AJFurrer hat fr sie eine "Pauschale" von USD 60 pro Tag (USD 1800 pro Monat)angeboten. in gutem Treu und Glauben ging man davon aus, dass dies ein Sonderpreis fr Daueraufenthaltist.

Verdacht auf Betrug/...es war kein Sonderpreis!

im Nachhinein mussten wir feststellen, dass AJFurrer, als Verwandter(Sohn von Schwager) dieser Fraukomplett betrogen hat. Der Preis war kein Sonderpreis, sondern ganz einfach der Normale Preis. (allinklusive ausser alkoholische Getrnke)

Angebote anderer Hotels in gypten belegen das fehlerhafte Verhalten von AJ Furrer.

Wir haben im weiteren festgestellt, dass AJ Furrer anderen Gsten viel gnstigere Angebote machte, und diese Personen waren nie so lange hintereinander im Hotel!

bis zum Zeitpunkt (31.05.2010) wurde dem verdchtigten Hotelinhaber ein Umsatzvolumen von weit ber CHF 20000,00 (von Gsten durch uns vermittelt)zugehalten. Einzig schon die oben genannte Frau hat fr ihren Aufenthalt bis zum genannten Datum ein Volumen von CHF 10800,00 generiert. Den Restbetrag bis zum 23.06.2010 plus eine weitere kleinere Rechnung wurde vom Klger als Sicherheit zurckbehalten und nicht bezahlt.AJ Furrer hatfr diesen Betrag Klage in D eingereicht???

Geldwechseln (Change) damit macht man in diesem Hotel kein gutes Geschft, das Angebot ist berall in USD, bezahlen muss man in EGP oder EURO. Da soll man schon gute Informationen im Voraus einholen.

Verdacht auf Vernachlssigung der Pflichten als Hotelmanager wie Verdacht auf fahrlssige Krperverletzung!

2 AJ Furrer hat den oben genannten Gast (Frau 88, Dauergast) komplett vernachlssigt. Er hatzum Beispiel vor Zeugenerzhlt, dass er und die Staff Angst gehabt htten, dassdie Frauhtte sterben knnen, weil es ihr schlecht ging. Einen Arzt hatte AJ Furrer weder noch sonst wer, als Notfall nichtgerufen. Auch auf die deutliche Frage, warum kein Notfallarzt gerufen wurde, erhielt man nicht einmal eine verstndliche Antwort, wenn berhaupt eine Antwort. Dasstellt eine gravierende Verletzung der Pflichten eines Hoteliers dar. Wre diese Frau wirklich gestorben, sowre dieser Hotelmanager wegen fahrlssiger Ttung zur Rechenschaft gezogen worden, eine ganz schlechte existenzielle Voraussetzung fr ein Hotel.

Weitere Vergehen gegen die Pflichten der Verantwortlichkeiten eines Hoteliers...

ein Gast hat vom Divingcenter eine Schnorchelausrstung gemietet. Am letzten Tag der Ferien 10.06.2010,hat der Gast das Team an der Beach gebeten, die Ausrstung an das Divingcenter zurck zu bringen. (in gutem Treu und Glauben) Die berraschung folgte, als das Divingcenter eine Rechnung sandte, worin behauptet wurde, die Ausrstung sei bis zum 23.06.2010 gemietet worden. Der Gast hat die Rechnung nicht bezahlt und wurde prompt mit einer Klage in D belegt. Das Divingcentrum arbeitet mit dem Hotel zusammen und wird fr dieses Vergehen mit Massnahmen zu rechnen haben, da der Fehler keinesfalls beim Gast lag.

Hygiene im Hotel

es liegen bereits schon einige Beweismittel vor, dass die Hygiene im Hotel keinesfalls dem entsprechenden Grad des Hotels (*** / ****) entspricht. Dies auch im Vergleich von Hotels *** / **** in der Region South Sinai, wie Nuweiba, Dahab, Taba usw.

Kche / Restaurant / Qualitt

es liegen auch hierfr Beweise vor, dass das Essen in Sachen Qualitt sehr schlecht ist, manchmal ein wenig besser bis hin zum ungeniessbaren Dinner.

Beschwerden von Gsten, die Magenbeschwerden hatten deswegen, sind bekannt.

Die Auswahl, die als a la Carte angeboten wird, ist drftig, weil es vieles schlichtweg nicht gibt. Ein Hotelier aus Europa hat mal die Kche inspiziert und kam zum Schluss, dass er sich wundert, dass man in so einem Chaos von Kche berhaupt kochen kann.

Irrefhrend sind die Darstellungen auf der Internetseite des Hotels....

die Angaben auf der Homepage des Hotels stimmen in vielen Fllen berhaupt nicht. Nebst der Behauptung ein ***/**** Sterne Hotel zu sein (ein schwerwiegendes Vergehen), was auch die meisten Ferienanbieter so publizieren, lsst die Qualitt absolut zu wnschen brig.

Es geht sogar so weit, wenn sich ein Ferienanbieter anmeldet fr einen Besuch, wird die gesamte Manschaft fr die Instandstellung des Hotels, der Umgebung und der Beach eingesetzt. Eine riesen Show wird hier abgezogen, und damit tuscht man den Ferienanbieter etwas vor, was im Normalfall nicht ist.

the reasons are:

1 woman (88 and physically, health and mental completely OK) was from 30 November 2009 for 6 months and 3 weeks in the hotel. AJFurrer offered them a "flat rate" of USD 60 per day (USD 1800 per month). In good faith, it was believed that this is a special price for permanent residence.

Suspected fraud / ... it was not a special price!

In retrospect, we found that AJFurrer, as a relative (son of brother-in-law) has completely cheated on this woman. The price was not a special price, but simply the normal price. (Including alcoholic drinks only)

Offers from other hotels in Egypt prove the faulty behavior of AJ Furrer.

We found out later that AJ Furrer made other guests much better deals, and these people were never in the hotel so long in a row!

until the time (31.05.2010), the suspected owner of the hotel had a sales volume of well over CHF 20000,00 (provided by us). Only the woman mentioned above has generated a volume of CHF 10800.00 for her stay up to the mentioned date. The remaining amount until 23.06.2010 plus another smaller bill was retained by the plaintiff as security and not paid. AJ Furrer has filed this amount action in D ???

Change money so you do not do good business in this hotel, the offer is everywhere in USD, you have to pay in EGP or EURO. Since you should get good information in advance.

Suspected neglect of duties as a hotel manager as suspected negligent bodily injury!

2 AJ Furrer completely neglected the above-mentioned guest (Ms. 88, permanent guest). He told Zeugener, for example, that he and the staff were afraid that the women could die because she was in a bad mood. AJ Furrer had not called a doctor, or anyone else, as an emergency caller. Even the clear question of why an emergency doctor was called was not even given an understandable answer, if at all an answer. This constitutes a grave violation of the duties of a hotelier. If this woman had really died, this hotel manager was brought to justice for negligent injustice, a very bad existential requirement for a hotel.

Further offenses against the duties of the responsibilities of a hotelier ...

a guest has rented a snorkeling equipment from the diving center. On the last day of the holidays 10.06.2010, the guest asked the team at the beach to bring the equipment back to the diving center. (in good faith) The surprise followed when the diving center sent a bill claiming that the equipment had been rented until 23.06.2010. The guest did not pay the bill and was promptly charged with a lawsuit in D. The diving center is working with the hotel and will have to reckon with this offense with measures, because the mistake was not the guest.

Hygiene in the hotel

There is already some evidence that the hygiene in the hotel in no way corresponds to the appropriate degree of the hotel (*** / ****). This also compared hotels *** / **** in the South Sinai region, such as Nuweiba, Dahab, Taba etc.

Kitchen / restaurant / quality

There is also evidence that the food is very poor in terms of quality, sometimes a little better up to the inedible dinner.
