Boston Equity Investments - Josh W Brown Scammed me $40,000 for 3 investment properties I paid the money and signed the P&S they cashed the check and then Ran. Canton, Dorcester Massachusetts
I was told in writing that I would own 3 positive cash flow properties, A team of guys called me to sell this idea and I went through with it handed over $40k (life savings) to purchase 3 condos then they decided to change the P&S and seem to have dissapeared. They have closed the website down and there attorney involved is not returning phone calls to my attorney. Dont deal with Lease to own or BEI unless you have a attorney. I want my 40k back and there is no sign of them. I even went to the office. I am now going to each and every person who is associated with the companies to court I dont care if it costs me thousands what they did is wrong.

This individual wanted to back out of the purchase and sales. I told him that was fine but he has to do it through our atty. He took that as BEI was not going to refund him his deposit. My atty cannot take his calls because he is represented by counsel. This individual jumped to conclusions. His deposit is in escrow with BEI's atty and is to be refunded. Our attorneys have been in contact. All we are waiting for is a release to be signed and the deposit will be returned. I would appreciate if the individual who posted this would confirm my statement.

I personally know the vice president of operations, Charbel T Saghbini. He did business with my former employer and caused the company to lose in excess of $200,000. He tried to get me to come work for Boston Equity Investments. He is pretty sad when it comes to business and treats people poorly. I am sorry you lost that money. His office moved from canton to newton and now I beleive is out. i have his home address if you need it.

I personally know the vice president of operations, Charbel T Saghbini. He did business with my former employer and caused the company to lose in excess of $200,000. He tried to get me to come work for Boston Equity Investments. He is pretty sad when it comes to business and treats people poorly. I am sorry you lost that money.
