sold a french bulldog, promised AKC and health guarantee, did not give either, dirty ripoff dogs tricked and lied to us

Promised AKC papers with frenchie and health garantee, Kept saying will give money back just wanted to see pictures. Wanted to see Vet report.

I gave her all the information she wanted and still will not send back the money. Now she is saying I didn't want the papers and always hated the dog.

I do not and never have hated the dog. I have all the emails sent and told her up front we wanted the dog for breeding. She can not be breed.

She has hereditary problem. We have never gotten the AKC paper always an excuse. We now have a judgement againt her.

She keeps telling one thing and never sticks to it. I said I would send the dog back but I want money upfront like we did for her. I do not trust her.

She does not keep her word.

Hello,
Bonnie Knott has one of my home bread puppy. The best female of the litter. The puppy got demodectic mange , the problem very common in French and English bulldogs. Problem is easily curable if it is cured on time with 2-3 simple washings with special solution. This problem is as hereditary in bulldogs as show quality, and stubby nose.

At first Bonnie wanted to return the puppy because we were taking too long to get her AKC registration, and when I informed her that registration was ready, she started complaining about mange, and wanted to return her anyway.
I agreed to take her back. But Bonnie wanted me to return money first, and then she would send me the puppy. This is not the way these transactions are made. I had no guarantee that she would ever send her back if she got her money first, and I refused.

So she offered the compromise. If I return half of the money she then would send me the dog, and then I can pay the rest, but when she got the agreed half, she told me that she changed her mind and now wants all or she will place the dog for addoption. At this point I lost hope to get the dog back, and this is where it stands right now.

You must understand that I would be very happy to have her back, because she is the last puppy from my lost male, with the best pedigree in the World.
