I went to a consultation appt. at Boston Matchmakers in Woburn during Sept. 2016.  The agent I met (Jenna) was presented as someone personable and knowledgable about the program Boston Matchmakers had to offer.  It sounded good initially.  When I was told about the cost to sign up.  I knew I couldn't join. I made that clear to Jenna. There were 3 types of programs with varying costs. When I kept telling her it wasn't possible for me financially she kept lowering the cost asking me never to tell anyone what she was doing. She giving me a special price.  I still didn't want to join. She asked me if I could at least make a down payment of $500 and she could make arrangements for the reduced balance that was suppose to be a secret.  She coerced me and wore me down so i went along with her in what she offered all the time wondering  and trying to figure how I could continue payments. She wouldn't allow me to go and assess and think over whether or not I could go through with this prospect. I felt pressured and I succumbed.

After returning home I was thinking over all that had transpired and came to the conclusion I wasn't going to be able to follow through with the program.  I called the Boston Matchmaker  office and I talked with a woman about mycircumstances  and she told me to get in touch with jenna amd i should get a refund no problem.  i had a conversation with Jenna who informed rather coldly that there was no way i was getting my money back.

I contacted help me Hank Channel 7 and told them my story and they advised me to go to small claims court.  I did. To keep this story short, I went to court. No one came to court to represent the company. I won a judgement.  Now I have a capias to be served.  To add to my dilemma the capias has to be served and the Boston police want $400 to serve it.  I can't pay that.  Why is this so hard?  I blame myself for not going with my instinct when I was being persuaded.  I never utilized any of their services.

I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK!!   Essentially they have stolen money from me for nothing.
