 I attempted to order an aftermarket spoiler from bodykits.com that was on their web site and listed as available. Opinion ordering from their web site my card was charged right away. With in 5hrs of ordering item I had recieved an email stating that I need to provide an picture ID and picture of card being used. Red flags! I called them right away and explained that my card was already charged and why do you need picture ID and picture of card being used? I was told that the card and billing address didn't match. At this time I inquired about the availability of item. They told me it was an item they don't carry anymore (Red Flag!). I told them you already charged my card. That's when they decided to cancel my order. I agreed to cancellation and asked why my card was still charged for an item you don't carry? I got no response and was told they would refund me.
