Bottom Line Health Books I order a set of Health Books about 2 months ago. I received the books Monday, 7/23/07. I want to send the books back but I am afraid I will not get my money back. Des Moines Iowa
I ordered this set of Health Books that were advertised on TV. I saw the advertisement about 2 months ago. I received the books on Monday, 7/23/07 and there should be plenty of time for me to examine the books. I decided I do not feel like the books are worth the $47.90 that was taken out of my bank account. I was writing a letter to company and going to take them to the post office and mail them back.
I opened the order summary enclosed in an envelop on the outside of the box. There is not telephone number, and no physical address. The only address is a post office box and and a web address. Because of the supiciousness of no physical address or phone number I feel sure that I will not get my money back for these books.
The company has made it impossible to be located so consumers have no way of getting their money back. I feel like I have been scammed.
