I bought the 'trial' of a weight loss product for my daughter for $4.95 (shipping). I read the 'terms and conditions', and knew that there was a small window in which to cancel, or they would be sending a 30 day supply and charging me $87.65 EVERY 30 DAYS! I tried to call within the time frame (which I calculated 10 days from the date I ordered the trial to be on the safe side). I tried to call them at the number they give to call, and all it does is either have you on hold forever and then disconnects, or it just rings.

I checked my credit card statement, and there is a different phone number on the transaction. I called that number, and it is for a different company, same type of product, they stated that they are not the company, and they in turn gave me the SAME phone number I had called before, and assured me they are not one in the same. I had my a 'hold' put on my credit card. That way, no additional charges can go through from Bottom Two Investments.

The down side, I can not use my card either at this point, but that is better than the alternative. And my credit card company is being very accomidating and understanding regarding this issue. I also wrote a letter to this company, but have not had a response. BEWARE always!
