Complaint Review: Boulder Vibes

Boulder Vibes Refused to refund money after they sent me a defective product twice and I was told the refund was on the way! Boulder Colorado

I ordered a set of magnetic eye lashes from Boulder Vibes back in January. They were defective. So I reached out to the company and they said they would correct the issue by mailing me another set of eye lashes. Perfect!

Well, that set arrived and they too were defective. So I reached out again and asked for a refund. To which the manager agreed on February 5, 2018 via email. I have since contacted the manager 2 times requesting an update on my refund. It is now mid-March and still no refund.

The last correspondance I received from the manager was "Don't worry your refund is on process, we are an honest company. Please be patient. Thank you". It has been 38 days since the manager told me they would refund my money. Do not trust this company! In the email correspondace the manager never includes their name and I can not find this company's street address anywhere. Buyers beware!
