Complaint Review: Bounce Around

I recently had a party at Bounce Around in Glen Burnie, Maryland. What a Disaster! Not only can I relate to Dave but my complaint escalates to being threatened and harassed by the owner! We got into a heated argument about my guests helping themselves to the pizza I purchased before the owner allowed them to. Hard to believe but true! When my brother came to my defense the owner threatened him by showing him the GUN on his hip! Of course he waited to "rip me a new one" until after I had paid! His staff was very unenthusiastic and showed it the entire time we were there. When I refused to speak to the man any longer he followed me into the party room and stalked my party until we left. One of my guests tried to calm the situation by talking to him in a civil manner and he continued to act beligerantly in front of 15 children and their parents. Although, I do not intend on EVER returning to this establishment; the owner assures me that people are bending over backwards to book parties with him. I'm sure that won't last long considering the way he treats his customers.
