My son received an invitation for a birthday party here. The time said 3:25-5:25. We walked into the building at 3:26 and kids were being forced to watch a safety video instead of playing. My son was not allowed to join his classmates until I filled out an online safety waiver with my phone number and his birthday. I imagine I will get a call about hosting a party.

The girl checking us in was incredibly rude, chewing gum, huffing and puffing, and gossiping. We entered the first play room where parents congregated in giant circles because there was no place to sit. As I looked around everything was incredibly dirty, the carpet, walls, the rafters had 10 pounds of dust on them. Behind one of the bouncy castles sat a 10 foot high work ladder. The young employees didn't supervise the kids.

One stood perfectly still while toddlers needed a lot of help, getting in and out. All of a sudden the lights blink and a girl starts screeching. I couldn't hear a thing she said. We were shoved into another room. There was no staff whatsoever in the 2nd room for 35 minutes until they threw us all out to go eat cake. 50 people were shoved into a hot dirty room. It was utter chaos.

I looked next door and a group of 10 had the much bigger party room. At 5:10 the screeching girl came back with her name on a postcard telling the mother of the birthday child to please mention her name to friends and family so they could upgrade any party they had. We were all being shoved out by this point. The bathrooms were old and filthy. The largest bounce room reeked of sweat socks.

I truly felt very sorry for the parents who paid for this party. No one spending over $500 should be treated this way. It was if this little boy did not matter because they had to get the next group of people in on time. There was only one young man who seemed to make an effort and smile. Not one employee told the little boy, "Happy Birthday!"

The owner of this dive should be incredibly embarrassed. The parents of this child had to make a sacrifice to have an enjoyable party and no one really seemed to care. Who does when you rake in $6,000 a day on a weekend? I would never advise a parent to waste their time or money here. I certainly will not!
