Joe Bourque of Bourque construction is a complete scammer. i hired him to do several small repairs.
one was a window pane repair at a rental property. He called me to tell me that he was done with the job and emiled me a bill.
I thought nothing of sending him his payment , as he gave no indication of suspect behavior. He charged me extra because, he stated, he had to buy a larger peice of glass than anticipated and that I would end up with an extra piece that I'd be able to use elsewhere.
He cashed the check right away. a day later the tenant called me and asked when the contractor was going to put the window back in.
Apparently Joe took the entire sash, so now the window cant be reapired because the entire sash is missing. I am actually worse off now than when i just had a cracked pane. Joe will not answer the phone, return calls, or respond to texts or emails. He is a total conman.
Bourque Construction is a scam.
