We processed an order on 12/24/12 with Boutique Laboratory. It said on their website that orders would be processes when they opened on Jan 2nd. I called in to check our order as we noted our account that we would need the product on the week of Jan7th. When I called in and spoke to Kim who said that our order was going to ship on Monday the 14th. It is now Jan 24th. I looked online it it does not have a tracking number. Their voicemail is full and they will not respond to any calls, email or Facebook attempts.  This is not our 1st problem and now I wonder if they went out of business.

Do not order from this company...Bad/no customer service, extra long ship time, ect.

You state that our service was bad to you, well at least allow us the opportunity do make this right if you feel wronged. Your refusal to give us a name or any other information other than that your order date does not give us the opportunity to properly respond.  Our company is not perfect, and if we have an unhappy customer than we would like to make it up to you, but we can do nothing without knowing who you are and what order so we can review what happened and correct the issue.

and for the record, this site seems pretty fishy, our company got a call from them saying that if we paid them that they would remove your complaint. It sounds like they use this as a way to extort money from companies. NOT a good practice.

But either way, please let us know your order number atleast and we will take it from there to rectify the situation.

We have received several auto emails and support ticket numbers acknowledging the receipts of our emails to your company when we were having trouble as mentioned in the report.  We are confident you know who we are and we are just disappointed that we could not have a working relationship with your company.
